Description
The project involves the complete design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover of a Sub District Hospital at Chhoti Sadri, District Pratapgarh, Rajasthan, including civil, structural, architectural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, medical gas systems, lifts, ELV systems, external development, utility services, landscaping, and all allied works under a single-point responsibility. The scope includes obtaining statutory approvals, external electrification, and ensuring operational readiness and statutory compliance for the hospital, with a completion period of 24 months from site handover.
