Description
The project involves the complete design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of a Sub District Hospital at Bajju, District Bikaner, Rajasthan. The scope includes civil, structural, architectural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, medical gas systems, modular OT, lifts, ELV systems, external development, utility services, landscaping, and all allied works. The contractor is responsible for obtaining statutory approvals, external electrification, and ensuring the hospital's operational readiness as per NABH, NBC, and IPHS standards.
