Description
Construction of a 4,620 MT godown on FCI land at FSD Midnapur on a Build, Finance & Maintain basis. The successful tenderer is responsible for construction and engineering maintenance of the civil structure, electrical installation, CCTV cameras and allied hardware. Construction is to be completed within 1 year from the LOA, followed by a 10-year maintenance term. Bidders quote guaranteed monthly charges per quintal per month.
