Construction of a 6670 MT godown on Food Corporation of India land at FSD Kalyani on a Build, Finance & Maintain basis, including engineering maintenance of the civil structure, electrical installation, CCTV cameras and allied hardware for 10 years. Construction is to be completed within 1 year from the LOA. The quoted consideration is a monthly charge per quintal per month for a 10-year guarantee period.
