Request for Qualification for construction of a 33.700 km four-lane twin-tube road-cum-rail underwater tunnel under the River Brahmaputra, including four-lane approaches and railway infrastructure in one tube, on EPC mode. The project includes a 5-year construction period and a 15-year defect liability/maintenance period.
