Full turnkey construction of a new 33/11kV, 2x5 MVA Naligaon substation and control room building, including site survey, procurement and supply of materials, inspection and testing, erection, testing and commissioning, project management, statutory clearances, and associated works under the SOPD Scheme. Completion period is 365 days.
