- Documents required: Valid Chief Controller of Explosives (CCOE) license to fill and store oxygen gas cylinders, Valid Chief Controller of Explosives (CCOE) license to fill and store dissolved acetylene gas cylinders, Copies of supply orders for the offered gas items received during the last 5 years, Satisfactory performance certificates from users, or self-certification with proof of payment where an end-user performance report is unavailable, Documents establishing MSE or Startup status, where applicable, Proof of quality assurance and technical capability for the tendered item issued by a statutory authority as per Annexure-M, Tender-specific authorization from the principal, where applicable, Self-attested documents proving the business entity has existed for 3 years on the date of tender opening, where applicable
