- Documents required: Copies of work orders and satisfactory completion or performance certificates for similar work experience, TDS certificates for similar work experience with private companies or private sector entities, Form-II: Financial Capability, Form-III: Similar Work Experience, Valid Recruitment and Placement of Seafarer License (RPSL) issued by an authorized body of DG Shipping, EPF registration certificate, ESI registration, Permanent Account Number (PAN), Income Tax Returns for the preceding three years, GST Registration Certificate, Integrity Pact Agreement (Form-X), signed, stamped and dated with witness signatures, Tender fee payment receipt or valid exemption certificate, as applicable, EMD payment proof or valid exemption certificate and Bid Securing Declaration, as applicable, Local Content declaration and Self Certification (Form-IX)
