Annual comprehensive maintenance and operation of the 360 Ton central AC plant installed at HNB Base Teaching Hospital, Srinagar Garhwal. The contract period is 1 year, with a possible 1-year extension. The contractor must provide 24x7 operation and maintenance, including at least two trained and experienced personnel throughout the year.
