Cleaning services for 250 beats covering main roads, new areas of wards 5, 6 and 7, and other specified areas in Zone 1 of Ajmer Municipal Corporation. Work includes daily street and drain cleaning, waste collection and disposal, and related sanitation duties. The contract is for 12 months from the work order date.

- Documents required: Receipt for online payment of tender fee and RISL processing fee, Receipt for online payment of bid security, Copy of ration card, voter identity card, Aadhaar card or similar document for permanent address verification, Tender document signed on every page, Copy of PAN card, Income tax returns for the last three years, Signed Annexures A, B, C and D, Chartered Accountant certificate with UDIN confirming average turnover for the last two financial years, Experience certificates issued by a Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner or Executive Officer for qualifying street or city cleaning work, EPF and ESI registration certificates, EPF and ESI challan copies for 50% of the beats, covering the experience certificate period, Self-declaration certificate confirming no blood relation with any Municipal Corporation officer, councillor or employee, Labour department registration under applicable labour laws, Original documents for verification against uploaded PDF copies
