- Cleaning the entire stretch of cold and hot water tunnels of Unit - III including removing and refixing of manhole covers, providing adequate lighting as directed by Engineer in charge, dewatering both the tunnels using diesel/ electric pump, cleaning of slush, clay and debris and removing / scrapping all the burnacles and marine vegetations without chipping in the tunnels including hire charges for pumps, all consumables for lighting and pumping arrangements, labour, T&P, lead, lift, complete. — Qty: 1103.5 Rm
- Removal and clearing the marine vegetations etc., from the dumped area near CWPH-I and transformer yard including transporting the same with a lead of 1km away from the site etc., complete. — Qty: 42 M3
- Scrapping the old RCC wall/ slab thoroughly by hard wire brush and cleaning for applying protective epoxite treatment including cost of wire brush, labour, scaffolding, etc., complete. — Qty: 29.9 M2
- Providing 10mm thick epoxy screeding using quartz sand and epoxy components of Hindustan ciba geigy/ roto polymer/ cerachem/ fosroc or equivalent make beneath the screeding as directed by the engineer in charge at site including cost of all materials labours, leads, lifts, scaffolding charges provision of lighting arrangements, safety appliances etc., complete. — Qty: 29.9 M2
- Providing two coats of epoxite seal coat over the pipe tunnel inside surface using epoxy compounds of Hindustan ciba geigy/ roto polymer/ cerachem/ fosroc or equivalent make as directed by the engineer in charge at site including cost of all materials labours leads lifts, providing lighting arrangements, safety appliances, etc., complete. — Qty: 29.9 M2
