Description
Supply, installation and integration of hardware for centralized health monitoring of CCTV systems installed in police stations across Tamil Nadu, including deployment at district, city, range, zone and state headquarters control rooms. The scope includes equipment supply, installation, integration, commissioning, warranty and after-sales support.

- Documents required: Certificate of Incorporation or registration under the applicable act; name-change documents if applicable, GST registration certificate and TAN/TIN details if applicable, PAN card, Auditor-certified Form 8 showing annual turnover for the last three financial years, Self-declaration confirming participation as a sole bidder, EMD instrument or valid exemption certificate; applicable NSIC registration documents if claiming MSME exemption, Documentary evidence of experience in supplying and establishing CCTV surveillance or similar projects, Copies of purchase/work orders or contract agreements and supporting quantity documents, Performance, work completion or installation certificates issued by the competent authority or user-unit head, Manufacturer Authorization Form from OEMs for all quoted items, Audited balance sheets and profit and loss statements for the last three financial years, Income tax returns for the last three financial years, Original bank comfort letter and last six-month account statement, Proof of Chennai sales, service and support centre, including lease/ownership proof, rental receipt or property tax receipt, telephone bill and electricity bill; or undertaking to establish a local office, Notarized affidavit declaring that the bidder is not blacklisted, Documents demonstrating compliance with GFR rules for procurement from countries sharing a land border with India, Completed Forms 1 to 15 in the prescribed formats
