Description
Supply, installation, testing, commissioning and training for 12 electric blood donor couches for AIIMS New Delhi. The equipment must meet the buyer-added technical specifications, include a 2-year comprehensive warranty and subsequent comprehensive maintenance, and undergo mandatory demonstration in Delhi/NCR.

- Documents required: Experience certificate and supply/purchase orders for supply to a government, PSU, or renowned private organisation, Past performance evidence: relevant contracts proving supply of same or similar category products for 50% of bid quantity in at least one of the last three financial years, Certificate requested in ATC, OEM Authorization Certificate, Additional Doc 1 requested in ATC, Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document, Valid supporting document for EMD exemption, if exemption is claimed, Make in India specific authorisation certificate, Undertaking that bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership, or similar proceedings and is not bankrupt, Malicious Code Certificate, OEM authorisation form/certificate for authorised distributors or service providers, Audited balance sheets or Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant turnover certificate, Certificate that imported product OEM or authorised seller has a registered office in India, ISO 9001 certificate of bidder or OEM, Relevant BIS licence, type test certificate, approval certificates and other prescribed certificates, Undertaking to provide comprehensive maintenance service after warranty, Bidder/OEM undertaking confirming comprehensive warranty compliance, OEM warranty certificate at delivery, Service centre details near consignee destinations, OEM certificate stating percentage of local content and locations of local value addition, if claiming MII preference, At least three installation references with satisfactory performance certificates for a minimum of three years, Original equipment and consumables literature in English, Operation Qualification, Performance Qualification and Installation Qualification documentation, Documents verifying date and location of equipment manufacture
