Description
Procurement of 600,000 blood collection tubes for AIIMS, New Delhi. Bidders must submit a sealed box of 100 samples for technical evaluation before the bid end date. - Documents required: Experience certificate for supply of the same to any Government, PSU, or renowned private organisation, along with Supply/Purchase Order, EMD exemption certificate, if claiming exemption under MSME or NSIC, Make in India specific authorisation certificate, Manufacturer Authorization Form/Certificate with OEM/Original Service Provider details, where applicable, Supporting documents to prove eligibility for experience or turnover exemption, OEM certificate stating percentage of local content and locations of local value addition, if claiming Make in India purchase preference, Valid medical device license, ISO 9001 certification of bidder or OEM, Relevant BIS licence, type test certificate, approval certificates and other certificates prescribed in the product specification, Certifications, licenses and test reports required by the product specification, One sealed box of 100 samples for technical evaluation
