Description
Supply of 15 blood collection monitors to AIIMS, New Delhi, including installation, commissioning, demonstration, training, and comprehensive warranty. Delivery is required within 90 days. Comprehensive maintenance charges are required, and a reverse auction will be conducted.

- Documents required: Experience certificate for supply of the same to any Government, PSU, or renowned private organisation, along with Supply/Purchase Order, EMD exemption certificate, if claiming exemption under MSME or NSIC, Make in India specific authorisation certificate, Bidder turnover evidence: certified audited balance sheets or a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate, OEM Authorization Certificate, Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC), Compliance of BoQ specification, Supporting documents for any claimed exemption from experience or turnover criteria, Product data sheet, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership, or similar proceedings and is not bankrupt, Malicious Code Certificate, Manufacturer Authorization Form/Certificate, where applicable, ISO 9001 certificate of bidder or OEM, Relevant BIS licence, type test certificate, approval certificates, and other certificates prescribed in the product specification, Certificates/test reports required in the technical specifications, Undertaking for comprehensive maintenance service after warranty, OEM warranty certificate (at delivery), Service centre details and service support escalation matrix, User list and satisfactory reports for the last three years from three licensed Blood Banks collecting over 10000 units yearly, with contact details, Factory calibration and inspection certificate, Traceability certificate for calibrated analytical weights
