Two-year item-rate works contract for road sweeping, garbage disposal, drain cleaning, vegetation and tree maintenance, and related miscellaneous works at the DAE Housing Colony and associated areas at Nuclear Fuel Complex, Hyderabad. Estimated value is Rs. 2,71,00,000 and EMD is Rs. 5,42,000. The bid must remain valid for 210 days from the techno-commercial bid opening.

- Sweeping and cleaning of all BT roads, WBM roads, concrete roads/ pavements, Shahabad stone pavements, berms on either sides of roads embankment and removal of mud using spade , removal of unwanted grass and material etc., including cost of material such as brooms, spade, gloves, masks and other tools required to carryout the mentioned work as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in charge. Note: 1) Approximately 90000 sqm area to be cleaned per day. 2) Minimum 18 nos of Unskilled worker and 2 nos of Semiskilled Supervisor shall be deployed each day as mentioned in NIT. — Qty: 54000000 Sqm.
- Removal and cleaning of chokes occur in IWCs, EWCs, Urinals, Nahani traps, Gully traps, Wash Basins, G. I. water lines etc., including cleaning the lines thoroughly with required tools, Cleaning and desilting of storm water drains at DAE Colony and CISF Quarters area by removing RCC precast slabs laid over drain, removal of vegetation from the side slopes/sides of drains, removing all debris, accumulated silt, cleaning of jali, again laying of precast slabs as etc., and including cleaning of terraces of all buildings etc as directed by Engineer-in-charge, stacking rubbish at suitable location conveying upto a lead of 100 m, placing in heaps at the places shown as directed from the drains of various depths and including cleaning of terraces of all buildings as directed by EIC. Note: Minimum 06 no of unskilled workers shall be deployed for the work each day as mentioned in NIT. — Qty: 600 Per Day
- Cutting and removal of subapul growth / other vegetative growth / thorny growth / bushy plants of girth upto 300mm of various heights at DAE/CISF colony area along the perimeter wall of NFC, upto ground level , duumping the cut grass at mentioned area including lead and lift upto 250 m etc., complete as directed by Enginner-in-charge. Note: 1) Minimum 01 no of unskilled worker and 01 no of semi-skilled machine operator shall be deployed for the work each day as and when required. 2) The quoted rate shall include deployment of petrol/diesel operated grass/vegetation cutting machine including fuel and oil. — Qty: 300000 Sqm.
- Cutting, lopping, Trimimg and pruning of trees and branches of all sizes at specified location, including removal of dead, diseased, damaged or obstructing branches, complete with necessary tool, equipments, labour, safety precautions, collection and disposal of cut material/debris to an approved disposal point as directed by EIC. Note: 1) Minimum 02 no of unskilled worker and 01 no of semi-skilled wood cutter shall be deployed for the work each day as and when required. 2) The quoted rate shall include deployment of petrol/diesel operated wood/tree cutting machine including fuel and oil, safety ropes, harness other PPEs required for the work. — Qty: 60 Per Day
- Collection and transportation of wet and dry garbage such as cut pieces of dead tree logs, branches, tree roots, wooden waste, soil, all debris from drains /canteen waste/dry leaves/other decomposable waste/ from road berms, drains, adjacent areas, around plants and other locations as required by engaging tractor trolley (not below 2.85 cum) including loading, transportation, unloading at designated area etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note: 1) The volume of the tractor trolley shall not be less than 2.85 Cu.m. Necessary modifications to the standard tractor trolley is in the scope of contractor. 2) The quoted rate shall include manpower for collection, loading and unloading and all necessary tools required for the work. — Qty: 2400 Hours
- Engaging Backhoe Loader ( M/s JCB 3DX, tata Hitachi or approved equivalent) with backhoe bucket capacity of atleast 0.26 Cum, Loader Bucket capacity of atleast 1.0 Cum for leveleing the area/ Clearing the area/excavation/cutting and filling the area/clearing the area/excavation/cutting and filling the aera/removal of silt, leveling etc complete as directed by EIC. — Qty: 800 Hours
- Daily door to door collection of wet Garbage generated from Residential Quarters in DAE Housing Colony and CISF Complex including Disposing the same near GHMC Dump yard, Mallapur. - As per Government norms for safe Soild waste disposal Complete as per Instruction of EIC. — Qty: 24 Per Month
- Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and de- hocking of sewer lines. De-chocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm — Qty: 1000 RM
- Carrying out fogging operations for controlling mosquito nuisance by supplying and fogging chemical pesticides Gokilath-55 of M/s. Sumitomo Chemical, India Pvt Ltd (Min 50 ml in 4 Ltrs of diesel) confirming to relavant I.S. Specification and approved by insecticide regulation etc, using fogging machine with necessary safety accessories such mask, hand gloves, goggles etc, for eradication and killing of all type of mosquitoes around residencial and non-residential buildings storm water drains and nullahs and open areas including the cost of fogging machine, accessories, labour, chemicals, supervision etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Specialized agency shall be deployed for the work who should have similar work experience and relevant statutory licence/registration/training etc. for carrying out the work. The approval of EIC shall be taken before deployment of agency and his decision shall be binding. — Qty: 120 Hours
- Disinfection of surrounding area of buildings in four compounds of DAE quarters including open drains, stagnant water etc, using BAYTEX (10ml/Ltr or as per manufacturer's specifications) chemicals pesticides confirming to relevant IS specification and as approved by incesticide regulation etc. using spray machine with necessary safety accessories such as musk, hand gloves, goggle etc, including cost of required tools and plants, accessories, chemicals, labours etc. complete all as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineeer in Charge. Note: 1) Specialized agency shall be deployed for the work who should have similar work experience and relevant statutory licence/registration/training etc. for carrying out the work. The approval of EIC shall be taken before deployment of agency and his decision shall be binding. 2) The work has to be carried in the surrounding area during monsoon/deludge immediately within a day after the telephonic instruction by the Engineer in C — Qty: 15 Lts
