Supply of 30 digital behind-the-ear hearing aids to the Indian Army, with delivery to Allahabad within 15 days. Bid validity is 180 days. EMD and ePBG are not required. Past performance of 80% of bid quantity is required; MSE and startup relaxations apply to experience and turnover criteria. Reverse auction is enabled with H1-Highest Priced Bid Elimination.
