Description
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 30 digital behind-the-ear hearing aids, including operator training and required statutory clearances, for City Municipal Council Hosapete. Delivery is required within 90 days. EMD is not required; ePBG is 5% for 12 months.

- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM Annual Turnover, Additional Doc 1, Certified audited balance sheets or a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate indicating bidder turnover, Relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates such as CRAC, Certified audited balance sheets or a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate indicating OEM turnover, Relevant contracts proving supply of 40% of bid quantity in at least one of the last three financial years, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership, bankruptcy or similar proceedings, Performance certificate or work order, or work-done evidence, Sample confirmation letter from CMC Hospet, Proof of service centre within 100 kms of the buyer's place, Escalation matrix of telephone numbers for service support, Documentary evidence of a functional service centre in the state of the consignee's location, where applicable
