Supply and safe delivery of HSD-BS-VI in tankers to the IOC Consumer Pump, NAPS Township, on an as-and-when-required basis under a running contract for two years. Total quantity is 216 kiloliters. The bid is restricted to Government sellers, and the buyer-specific pre-qualification states that only IOCL may participate.
