Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of one Automated Blood Culture System for AIIMS Jodhpur. The system requires a 5-year comprehensive warranty, followed by 5 years of comprehensive maintenance service.

- Documents required: Experience Certificate for the supply of the same to any Govt/ PSU/ any renowned private organisation along with Supply/ Purchase Order, EMD exemption certificate, if the agency is registered under MSME or NSIC, Make in India specific authorisation certificate, OEM/Original Service Provider Authorisation Form/Certificate with name, designation, address, e-mail Id and Phone No., Relevant certificates such as BIS licence, type test certificate, approval certificates and other certificates as prescribed in the Product Specification, Undertaking to provide Comprehensive Maintenance Service for next 5 years after warranty expiry at a rate not more than 10% of contract price per annum, OEM Warranty certificates, Details of Service Centres near consignee destinations, Undertaking confirming comprehensive warranty compliance, Detailed cost breakdown of consumables, tests, reagents, and accessories in PDF format, Declaration/Undertaking in compliance with Rule 144 (xi) of GFR 2017, Affidavit confirming the bidder has not been debarred or blacklisted by any institution or organization in India, MII declaration regarding local content, Declaration of local content and locations of local value addition from OEM, Undertaking confirming compliance with comprehensive warranty scope, Supporting documents for exemption from experience/turnover criteria, if exemption is sought
