Description
Engagement of an agency to design, supply, install, test, operate and maintain audio-visual equipment and services for the World Forum of Accountants 2026, including AV systems for the Main Hall, Exhibition Hall, Dining Hall and designated outdoor areas. The event is scheduled for 16–18 December 2026 at ICAI Convention Arena, Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam.

- Documents required: Self-attested copy of GST registration and PAN, Declaration that the bidder has not been blacklisted in the last five years, Firm composition and registration/incorporation documents, Articles of Association, partnership deed or other applicable organizational documents, Power of Attorney or authorization for the person signing the bid, Work orders and completion/performance certificates for similar works, Audited balance sheets for the last three financial years ending 31 March 2026, 2025 and 2024, CA certificate with UDIN for average annual turnover, CA certificate with UDIN for positive net worth in the latest completed financial year, Complete organization information and correspondence contact details, Details of key management personnel, Information on civil/criminal litigation or arbitration during the last five years, including current litigation, EMD demand draft/pay order or valid MSME exemption proof, Detailed execution plan for the scope of work and services, Declarations as per Annexures III to V and signed Integrity Pact, Covering letter, Written disclosure of ICAI engagements, conflicts of interest and related-party relationships, Equipment list with specifications and ownership, lease or binding arrangement evidence, CVs, qualifications and engagement evidence for technical personnel, Banker solvency certificate of at least ₹25 lakhs issued not earlier than six months before bid submission, Technical bid and supporting documents in the prescribed format
