- Documents required: B.Arch. degree certificate and valid Council of Architecture registration of the nominated Lead Architect, Work orders or agreements defining scope, with completion or client certificates establishing successful completion and carpet area, Organisational set-up, CVs, qualifications, experience certificates and written availability/commitment of proposed key professionals, Qualification and experience certificates of proposed Interior Designers and MEPF consultants, Chartered Accountant certificate of turnover and consultancy-service turnover, supported by audited financial statements as applicable, CA certificate of net worth/erosion supported by audited financial statements for the relevant years, Registration certificate indicating legal status of the firm/entity, GST Registration Certificate, PAN Card, Undertaking/certificate confirming compliance with Government of India restrictions relating to procurement from countries sharing a land border with India, Declaration/undertaking confirming code of integrity, conflict of interest and debarment status, MSME/Udyam Registration or Startup Certificate, if claiming EMD exemption, Form of Tender duly signed and stamped, Bidder profile as per Annexure-I, Annexure-II, Annexure-III, Annexure-IV, Annexure-VII, Annexure-VIII, Statement-I, Statement-II, EMD payment receipt/transaction details or applicable exemption document
