Request for proposal to appoint an empanelled transaction advisor for MHDC’s integrated township project with mixed mode in Eksar and Shimpoli, Borivali, Mumbai. The assignment includes land and asset due diligence, feasibility and market assessment, financial modelling, master planning integration, PPP and transaction structuring, procurement documentation, bid process management, and support through award and financial close. The contract is milestone-linked and runs up to 12 months from the Effective Date, or until completion of agreed close support, whichever is later.
