Description
Union Bank of India invites eligible government organizations, construction agencies, PSUs and PSEs to provide end-to-end project management consultancy for redevelopment of its Chembur, Mumbai building on a turnkey basis. Bids are submitted offline in separate technical and price envelopes. Selection is by QCBS, with 70% technical and 30% financial weighting; the highest composite scorer is selected. No EMD or performance security is required, but a Bid Security Declaration must be submitted.

- Documents required: Company Secretary certificate confirming at least 7 years in the business of providing similar consultancy services, Chartered Accountant certification validating no losses in any of the last 3 consecutive financial years, CA-certified turnover document with CA registration number, signature and stamp, Work order and completion certificate for at least one completed similar project, Authorized signatory certificate and self-attestation confirming the firm is not blacklisted, PAN certificate, GST Registration Certificate, Address proof indicating the controlling office or construction wing location, Bid Security Declaration in the prescribed format, Audited financial statements, Technical proposal and supporting documents for technical evaluation, Quality Assurance/Quality Control manual, Documented inspection procedures or manual, Safety Management Manual or guidelines, Undertaking letter stating projects for which municipal approvals, Fire NOC and title-related legal clearances were obtained, Integrity Pact, Application form, Compliance to bid terms and conditions, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Declaration of non-blacklisting, Confidential report, Deed of indemnity
