Description
NBCC invites consultancy firms to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering consultancy services, including survey, design, BOQ, landscaping, infrastructure and MEP works, green building features, statutory approvals and project commissioning for redevelopment of an approximately 3.8-acre site as an IT Hub-cum-Commercial Complex, residential/studio apartments and hotel blocks. The project is on an EPC basis and uses a Quality and Cost Based System (QCBS). Estimated consultancy fee is ₹1,91,95,000 including GST; maximum consultancy fee to quote is 0.50% of the estimated work cost including GST. Completion period is 36 months, with a 24-month defect liability period.
