Description
Maharashtra Airport Development Company Limited invites bids to appoint a consultant for a detailed techno-economic feasibility study and related studies for a proposed greenfield offshore international airport at Kore, Vadhavan Port Region, Palghar District. The assignment includes marine engineering, offshore reclamation, airspace integration, environmental clearances, connectivity planning, financial structuring, project clearances and PPP bid process management through selection of a concessionaire. Part A is scheduled for 5 months and Part B for 3 months. The tender requires an online EMD of 5000000 and a tender processing fee of 50000 plus GST.

- Documents required: Tender Acceptance Letter on bidder's letterhead, Authorization Letter/Power of Attorney, Certificate of Incorporation and Board Resolution, where applicable, PAN and GST Registration Number, Completion certificate for a TEFS/DPR study of a Greenfield airport of not less than Code E completed in the last 10 years, Chartered Accountant-certified turnover statement with valid UDIN, Abridged Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account for the last three financial years, Client completion certificates and supporting work order/agreement documents, where applicable, Tax deduction at source certificate or 26AS Statement for experience with non-government/non-PSU clients, where applicable, Consortium/JV or sub-consultant agreement/MOU and lead-member power of attorney, where applicable, Digitally signed financial bid in the prescribed BOQ.xls format
