- Documents required: Detailed technical specifications/catalogue or illustrated literature, compliance chart, and country of origin, Current year's authorized dealer certificate from the manufacturing company for supply and service, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certifications, List of users/institutional installations/Government supply orders/reputed private hospitals in India, Manufacturer's license, Acknowledgement of uploading Income Tax returns for the last three years, GST Registration Certificate, PAN card, TAN card, Bank account details linked with PAN-Aadhaar and updated validation for remittance, MSE Registration Certificate, if applicable, EMD receipt, Drug license for supply of Medical Gas, Proof of primary manufacture of liquid Medical Oxygen through Air Liquefaction process, Proof of testing process as per Indian Pharmacopeia IP-2014, Valid documents showing supply to at least 5 Government Hospitals in India, Experience certificate and supporting documents for minimum 10 years' experience in own manufacture, maintenance and transport of liquid medical oxygen, Duly filled Technical Bid format as per Annexure II, Copy of constitution or legal status of the bidder, Financial statements/balance sheets supporting average annual turnover for the last three financial years, All other documents mentioned in the tender document
