Annual operations and maintenance of the 2x750 kW RPN Small Hydro Project at Dunao, including operation and monitoring of generating units and associated equipment, preventive and minor breakdown maintenance, cleaning and housekeeping, bush cutting, DG set servicing, monsoon-period extra staff, and consumables. Estimated cost is Rs. 32,09,000 excluding GST. Contract period is 365 days.

- Operations, monitoring, inspection and cleaning of all gates, trash racks and flushing valves of D-Tank, Forebay and Weir site including all labor T&P etc. required for completion of work. — Qty: 12 Month
- Checking and maintenance of minor breakdowns, faults and tripping of E&M equipment at Power House, Switchyard, Forebay and Weir, including minor defect rectification, tightening, cleaning and lubrication, wherever specialized Engineer/OEM support or major repair is not required, all to the satisfaction of the Plant In-charge, including all labour, supervision, tools & tackles, T&P and other incidental requirements necessary for satisfactory completion of the work. — Qty: 12 Month
- Preventive maintenance of all E&M equipment of Power House and Switchyard, including greasing/lubrication, checking and tightening of mechanical and electrical connections, inspection of temperature, noise and leakage, and checking of fuses, indications, meters, relays, alarms, complete with all labour, supervision, T&P, tools & tackles and other incidental requirements for safe and reliable operations and to minimize the risk of equipment breakdown. — Qty: 12 Month
- Daily cleaning of all E&M equipment of Control Room, Machine hall and DG set of power house including all labour, cleaning materials, tools & tackles, T&P and other incidental requirements necessary for satisfactory completion of the work. — Qty: 12 Month
- Daily sweeping, cleaning and housekeeping of the Power House, Control Room, washrooms and Power House premises, including floors, stairs, platforms, corridors, doors, windows and accessible surfaces to maintain clean, hygienic, safe and orderly premises, including all labour, cleaning materials, consumables, tools & tackles, T&P and other incidental requirements necessary for satisfactory completion of the work. — Qty: 12 Month
- Bush cutting of nearby Power House, switchyard and approach road to forebay including all labour, supervision, tools & tackles, cutting tools, T&P and other incidental requirements necessary for satisfactory completion of the work. — Qty: 12 Month
