- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Authorization Certificate, Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document, Certified audited balance sheets for relevant periods or a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate indicating turnover details, Copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates such as CRAC, Valid Udyam Certificate and supporting documentary evidence for MSE purchase preference, if claimed, Valid supporting documents for EMD exemption, if claimed, Proof of EMD payment or FDR, if applicable
