Description
SIIDCUL invites online two-bid proposals for allotment of approximately 100 acres (404700.00 sq.m.) of undeveloped land at Prag Farm, Udhamsingh Nagar, for institutional use, specifically a state-of-the-art hospital, medical college or university. The land is offered on an initially 30-year lease, extendable to 90 years subject to Government approval, on an as-is-where-is basis. Bidders quote a land premium above the base price of Rs. 4600 per sq.m. The successful bidder must submit a detailed map for approval within six months and complete construction and development within three years from execution of the lease deed, with a possible 12-month extension.
