Open two-part e-bid for a 24-month term contract at Visakhapatnam Steel Plant covering billet and wire-rod loop cutting, handling and shifting, revisioning and repair of operational wear parts, welding and gas-cutting activities, and cleaning in the Wire Rod Mill. Estimated value is INR 27,711,893.88. EMD is not required; bidders must submit a Bid Security Declaration. Reverse e-auction may be conducted at RINL's discretion.
