- Documents required: Valid A-Class contractor registration with Central Government, State Government, PSPCL, PSTCL or another Government Department, Valid A-Class Electrical Contractor license for Punjab, or equivalent license from another Indian state with requirement to obtain Punjab license within two months after award, Satisfactory performance certificates for similar completed works in the past 7 years: three works each costing at least 30% of estimated cost, or two each costing at least 40%, or one costing at least 70%, Solvency certificate of at least 30% of tender value, not older than one year from tender opening, Income Tax Returns for the last three years ending 31 March of the previous financial year, CA certificate with UDIN confirming minimum average annual turnover of at least 30% of tender value during the last three years, Valid EPF Registration Number, GST Registration Certificate, PAN Number, Affidavit/Undertaking as per Annexure-III on valid non-judicial stamp paper
