Annual operation and maintenance of a 1000 LPH reverse osmosis water treatment system at the Haldia Development Authority residence-cum-office bungalow, including maintenance, monthly water testing, cleaning, chemicals, consumables, spare parts, cartridge replacement, activated carbon media replacement, and pipeline maintenance. Electricity charges are excluded.

- Day-to-day maintenance of 1000 LPH RO water treatment systems along with pumps, including oiling, greasing, motor shaft inspection, minor and major repairs, and replacement of parts such as nuts, bolts, pipes in small quantities, and electrical wiring. — Qty: 12 month
- a) Periodic testing (at least once in a month) of output water for physical, chemical and micro-biological parameters as per specifications laid down in Annexure-B. b) Obtaining the test reports of output water for physical, chemical and micro-biological parameters as per specifications laid down in in Annexure-B for every month. — Qty: 12 each
- a) Cleaning the unit of the RO water treatment system and tanks regularly, backwashing and dosing of chemicals as required time to time. b) Supply of chemicals such as antiscalent, citric acid, caustic soda with all necessary materials, lead, lift , taxes etc complete and as directed by the Engineer –in-Charge c)Supply of bio chemical (for membrane cleaning) with all necessary materials etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer –in-Charge. — Qty: 12 month
- a) Supply of pH paper box, lubricants, free chlorine detector, etc required during maintenance period. b) Supply of spare parts and accessories, as and when required, for the components of the RO water treatment system is detailed in Annexure-A. c) All possible and incidental expenses for replacement of spares, membranes, supply of consumables, and repairing/reconditioning of accessories, equipment, etc., as and when required during the operation and maintenance period. d) Any other related works/activities that may be necessary for the smooth operation and maintenance of the installed RO water treatment system as and when desired by the Authority during the O&M period — Qty: 1 L.S
- Supply and fixing of cartridge with all necessary materials etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer –in-Charge. — Qty: 4 each
- Replacement of activated carbon media in the activated carbon filter of the RO water supply system, ensuring no damage to the system, pipelines, or accessories, and disposal of the removed media as per regulations. Includes all necessary materials, labor, transportation, taxes, etc. — Qty: 1 L.S
- Maintenance of pipelines and other related infrastructures from the point of connection onwards for the RO water treatment system during the O&M tenure — Qty: 12 month
