Description
Limited two-part goods tender for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 100A rated, 3-phase and neutral, 415V, 50Hz Static Transfer Switch (STS) for ISTRAC. Overall L1 evaluation. Bids from Class I, Class II and non-local suppliers are admissible; no purchase preference is given to Class I or Class II suppliers. No EMD or tender fee. Successful vendor must provide 3% security deposit and 3% performance bank guarantee, subject to the stated alternatives and exemptions.

- Documents required: Filled, signed and stamped Annexure, OEM certificate authorizing the vendor to quote for the offered product to ISTRAC and confirming manufacturer support for delivery and subsequent warranty, Documentary evidence of installation of similar STS in any industry and its performance for the past 03 years, Product catalogues or equipment brochures, System single line diagram, Technical literature, catalogues and other supporting data for the offered item, Approximate net and gross weight of the offered item, Dimensional details, if available, Make/Type number of the offered stores, Certificate of Undertaking regarding restrictions on procurement from a country sharing a land border with India, Valid DPIIT registration certificate, if applicable, Valid MSE certificate with self-attestation, if claiming MSE status, GeM Seller ID, Name and address of the company on whom the purchase order is to be placed, Latest Income-Tax clearance certificate duly countersigned by the Income-Tax Officer, if required by the Purchaser
