Description
Construction of a two-storey reinforced concrete records annexe of approximately 1,850 square metres built-up area within the existing Regional Passport Office campus at Lucknow, including substructure, superstructure, brickwork, plastering, flooring, joinery, waterproofing, internal and external painting, internal electrification, fire detection and suppression, plumbing and sanitary installations, and external development including a paved approach and storm water drainage. The work is to be executed on an item-rate basis against the schedule of quantities and evaluated on quality and cost.
